3) Next we will create and send you a unique written offer to purchase your property along with a simple 1 page Purchase & Sales Agreement.

4) We will both sign a copy of the Purchase & Sales Agreement.

5) Finally, I will open escrow with a licensed closing agent (Title Company or Attorney) and quickly get you paid.
